Family allotment gardens

A platform for allotment gardens.

A secure, modern platform for effective communication, on-time billing, interactive training and smooth voting.

What is Znamy się?

Znamy się is a platform for running every matter of allotment garden boards and gardeners.

It organises what today goes through phone calls, inboxes, paperwork and several separate tools.

It also works as a free website for every allotment garden, built on a consistent template.

The platform does not require migrating existing systems or procedures – it complements them.

Billing.

A clear billing module improves on-time payments and makes it easier for the garden board to check what is owed. No more calls, emails and reminders.

Gardeners see their full payment history broken down by component and status. They can attach proof of payment or pay through PayU.

Fully compatible, no migration

Bills are generated and sent from an Excel file exported from the DGCS PZD accounting software.

Issue reporting.

Built like a service desk

Creating a report is only the start. Gardeners add photos and comments and get notified when the status changes and the issue is resolved. This increases engagement and satisfaction.

From tidying up, through water meter readings, to confirming a repair

The reporting system works all season. Gardeners describe their matter with photos or documents, and the garden administration saves time.

New gardeners

Additional training

The training module is a good alternative to in-person sessions in bad weather and for people who cannot attend.

Schedule.

The app supports recurring and one-off events, such as the waste collection schedule or Gardeners’ Day.

Google Calendar integration

Gardeners can add an event to Google Calendar on their phone and get a reminder at a chosen time, so they never miss it.

Community space.

Beyond formal services, Znamy się gives gardeners a modern notice board. It replaces outdated forums, WhatsApp or Facebook groups, mailing lists and paper notices, and is much safer.

Garden boards and the PZD district office.

The app can carry messages, billing data and guidelines from the PZD district office to garden presidents.

  1. Sending billing data

District offices can securely send billing data to garden presidents.

  2. Information reaches the right people

Only users with the right role and permissions receive the messages.

  3. A concrete response comes back

A reply, vote, comment or document is attached to the matter.

  4. Status and history remain

Both sides see the next steps, and the district gets an effective, secure communication tool.

A smooth rollout.

  1. We learn your structure, needs, tools and how matters are handled today.

  2. We choose modules and roles and prepare your organisation’s data in Znamy się. All existing systems keep working as before.

  3. We run free training for the people in charge and start with a small-scale pilot.

  4. We review the results – engagement, on-time payments and administrative workload – and suggest next steps.

Security comes first.

  1. Roles and permissions ensure that only authorised people can access data.

  2. Session control lets users manage active sessions, notifications and sign-in methods.

  3. The app uses no content-ranking algorithms or contextual advertising. Users stay in full control of their information.

  4. Authorised people see the real author and the state before and after each operation in the change log.

  5. The platform requires user verification: phone number confirmation and additional member verification by the organisation’s administration. Fake accounts are not tolerated.

  6. Sensitive data is stored encrypted on a secure server and can only be read at the request of an authorised body.
