What is Znamy się?

Znamy się is a secure, closed platform for communication between a city and its residents, built on verified users and mutual trust.

It enables hate-free discussion, free consultations, effective promotion and a consistent message. Extensions include training, billing, issue reporting, a virtual office and much more.

The platform does not require migrating existing systems or procedures – it complements and extends them.

Votes that engage residents

Votes collect residents’ opinions on current city matters quickly, reliably and free of charge. Residents vote from their phone in seconds.

A trustworthy process and agenda

Only verified users vote, and collecting and publishing results is transparent. The city can moderate the agenda, propose topics and respond to residents’ real needs.

Communication without hate.

Znamy się was created by digital security experts and redefines how a city communicates with its residents.

City announcements go straight to the phones of interested residents instead of getting lost among algorithm-driven content.

Verified accounts and a closed community encourage genuine discussion and accountability for what people say.

Consistent, effective promotion.

The city chooses the areas and problems to discuss and suggests solutions. Information really reaches the people concerned, so the promotion budget works harder.

Organisation hierarchy

Organisations are arranged in a hierarchy that keeps the message consistent. A parent unit, such as the city, can send announcements to members of its subordinate units, such as district councils.

Schedule.

The app supports recurring and one-off events, such as a family picnic or the waste collection schedule.

Google Calendar integration

Residents can add an event to Google Calendar on their phone and get a reminder at a chosen time, so they never miss it.

Issue reporting.

Two-way communication

Residents report problems and ideas with photos, documents and extra details. Communication from residents to the city builds a sense of community, agency and engagement.

Built like a service desk

Creating a report is only the start. Residents can add details and get notified when the status changes and the issue is resolved. Electronic handling relieves the office and speeds up the flow of information.

Billing.

The optional billing module improves on-time payments and makes it easier for recipients to check what they owe. No more calls, emails and reminders.

It suits subordinate units such as municipal utility companies that struggle with late payments and lack electronic payment handling.

Fully compatible, no migration

Bills are generated and sent from an Excel file exported from any accounting software.

Training.

An internal module for municipal offices

Build complete courses from documents, videos, images and quiz questions, with a pass mark and a completion deadline. Ideal for onboarding new staff and recurring staff training.

Or open to residents

Beyond formal services, Znamy się gives residents a modern notice board. It replaces outdated forums, WhatsApp or Facebook groups, mailing lists and paper notices, and is much safer.

Security comes first.

  1. Roles and permissions ensure that only authorised people can access data.

  2. Session control lets users manage active sessions, notifications and sign-in methods.

  3. The app uses no content-ranking algorithms or contextual advertising. Users stay in full control of their information.

  4. Authorised people see the real author and the state before and after each operation in the change log.

  5. The platform requires user verification: phone number confirmation and additional member verification by the organisation’s administration. Fake accounts are not tolerated.

  6. Sensitive data is stored encrypted on a secure server and can only be read at the request of an authorised body.

Benefits for the city.

  1. Effective promotion

Better use of the budget and better-informed residents.

  2. Easy, secure consultations

The voting module collects residents’ opinions quickly, cheaply and effectively.

  3. A modern city image

Presents the city and its office as effective and modern.

  4. Electronic training and billing

    Additional modules for subordinate units.

  5. Community engagement

Verified accounts and no anonymity encourage factual discussion, trust and engagement.

  6. Control over agenda and message

The municipality chooses the topics to discuss and suggests solutions. The hierarchy keeps the message consistent.

Questions and answers.

Does the platform replace official municipal channels?

Znamy się supports communication and everyday organisation. The scope of deployment and matters requiring a formal procedure are agreed with the organisation. Submitting an in-app request does not itself constitute an official filing.

Does every organisation need every module?

No. Modules are chosen to fit each organisation. You can start with announcements and requests, then add other areas later.

How do residents use the platform?

Through the Android or iOS app, or a web browser. Access to matters and content depends on membership and permissions within the organisation.

Let’s talk about your organisation.

We will show you the relevant modules and work out where to start.
