Znamy się is a platform for running every aspect of a residential community.
It organises what today goes through phone calls, inboxes, paperwork and several separate tools.

Formal resolutions
Votes that follow the law: with quorum, pass thresholds, several voting channels and members’ percentage shares. Results are available live on the phone.
Votes and surveys
Informal votes collect residents’ opinions on current matters quickly, reliably and free of charge. For example: where should the bulky waste shelter go?
Billing.
A clear billing module improves on-time payments and makes it easier for the property manager to check what is owed. No more calls and reminders.
Residents see their full payment history broken down by component and status. They can attach proof of payment or pay through PayU.
Fully compatible, no migration
Bills are generated and sent from an Excel file exported from any accounting software the property manager uses.
Schedule.
The app supports recurring and one-off events, such as the waste collection schedule or an estate picnic.
Google Calendar integration
Residents can add an event to Google Calendar on their phone and get a reminder at a chosen time, so they never miss it.
Issue reporting.
Built like a service desk
Creating a report is only the start. Residents add photos and comments and get notified when the status changes and the issue is resolved. This increases engagement and satisfaction.
From handover of a flat to water or noise problems
The reporting system works for as long as residents live in their flat and makes it easier to reach the developer, the property manager and the community board.
Community space.
Beyond formal services, Znamy się gives residents a modern notice board. It replaces outdated forums, WhatsApp or Facebook groups, mailing lists and notices on staircases, and is much safer.

The platform requires user verification: phone number confirmation and additional member verification by the organisation’s administration. Fake accounts are not tolerated.

Does the community have to change its property manager or accounting software?
No. Znamy się complements existing tools. Bills are prepared from an Excel file exported from the property manager’s accounting software.
Can residents vote on resolutions in the app?
Yes. The voting module supports resolutions with quorum, thresholds and members’ shares, as well as informal surveys. Results are visible as they come in.
How do residents use the platform?
Through the Android or iOS app or a web browser. Access to matters and content depends on membership and permissions in the community.
